Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver to any physical address in the world however the time & cost of the shipping is different in the certain situation as mentioned below.
Return & Refund Policy
We receive 100% return of the product if the product is not the same as requested including color, size issue with the following rules/policy.
- We ship worldwide.
- We use DHL, SkyNET & FedEx for international orders.
- Delivery within Pakistan with TCS & Leopard while Darewroo in Peshawar.
- Tracking URL/Code will be provided 2 days after shipping. In certain cases once the packge leave Dubai custom.
Processing Time:
- Dress : 7-10 days
- Waistcoat : 4-5 days
- Pakol & Jewelry : 1 Day
- Footwear Ready : 1 Day
- Footwear Customized : 4-5 days
Shipping Rates
- Normal Shipping (10-15 working days) All over the world in 40$
- Express Shipping (7-10 working days) All over the world in 60$
- Return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We don't accept return order with invalid size which was sent by customer.
- We don't accept return order The product must be return in same packing without any damage.with invalid size which was sent by customer.
- Customer must explain the reason or defect before returning the dress.
- Return shipment cost should be paid by the customer.
- You will receive refund within a week once we receive the product.
- Please not that their is always slight change in the pattern/flowers on the dresses which is exempted from return.
- We don't accept refund if the item is shipped and customer change his/her mind before receiving. Customer can get full refund within 2 days of order.
- 20$ extra cost of shipping per 2KG increments.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Custom charges are not included, should be paid by the customer if the respective country demands.
